Shipping Policy

At Solo Traveler Provisions, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and carefully so you can enjoy fresh coffee and thoughtfully sourced goods as soon as possible.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all U.S. orders of $50 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Orders Under $50: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Estimates

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Solo Traveler Provisions is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Solo Traveler Provisions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or your local delivery office.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our customer support email and include your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
