How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number on our carrier's website or visit your account page to follow your package's journey.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@solo-traveler-provisions.com if you need to make changes. We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships.

Are your products suitable for long-term travel?

Absolutely. Our products are specifically curated for solo travelers — lightweight, durable, and designed to hold up through extended trips, whether you're backpacking through Southeast Asia or road-tripping across the US.

Are your food and provisions items TSA-friendly?

Most of our provisions are packaged to comply with TSA carry-on guidelines. We recommend checking the TSA website for the latest rules on liquids and gels. All items are clearly labeled with dimensions and weights to help you pack smart.

Do you offer any bundles or starter kits?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Food and consumable provisions are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@solo-traveler-provisions.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your shipping details, and access exclusive member deals.
